Wireless bra development: write the support brief before selecting the fabric
A wireless bra development brief should explain where support is expected to come from and how the wearer should experience it.

Define the decision
A wireless bra development brief should explain where support is expected to come from and how the wearer should experience it. Start with the target size system, cup range, coverage, neckline and intended wear occasion. A soft hand feel is a material property; a secure fit is the outcome of a complete garment. Those two requirements should be reviewed separately. Ask the development team to describe the role of the cup, underband, side panel and strap, then identify the dimensions that must remain stable across sizes. Avoid approving the middle size as evidence that the complete range will fit.
What to review
JEMIS's Chinese company presentation introduces molding, seamless construction, sewing and bonding on slide 10, and shows wireless cup development on slides 29 and 31. These are useful starting points for a technical discussion; the slides do not establish a universal support rating or an approved size range for a new order. Review an actual sample in its intended material combination. Observe band position, neckline gaping, cup edge pressure, strap adjustment and side containment in more than one posture. Record the sample size and revision beside each observation so that a fit comment can be translated into a specific pattern or material change.
Turn the review into an approval
The buyer's approval package should contain a measurement chart, annotated fit photographs used with consent, a bill of materials, a size review plan and a written list of unresolved issues. If the band feels firm, determine whether the cause is length, elastic behavior or construction before changing all three. After a revision, repeat the affected checks and retain the earlier sample for comparison. Agree care instructions and a wash evaluation before making durability claims. This approach gives both teams a clear basis for approving the wireless concept, requesting another sample or narrowing the initial size range.
