Process study: connect inspection stages to a traceable decision

Define the decision

The Chinese company presentation names testing activities on slide 37, a quality process on slide 38 and inspection details on slide 39. The supplied photographs 首检.jpg and 尾检1.jpg also show inspection-related work. These are sources for a process study, not proof of a particular order's conformity. No customer, shipment result or defect reduction is asserted here.

What to review

A buyer can begin by identifying which evidence belongs to incoming materials, in-process work and final garment review. For each check, specify the sample identity, method, acceptance condition and responsible reviewer. Keep dimensional checks separate from material testing and fit decisions. If a deviation is found, record the affected revision and the action that must be completed before the issue is considered closed.

Turn the review into an approval

The handover should make it possible to connect an approved reference with inspection records and any exceptions. Ask for actual reports for the proposed materials or production lot when applicable. Agree the sampling plan rather than assuming one from a company photograph. Current certification scope requires separate document review. This case explains how the documented inspection stages can inform buyer questions; it does not turn process imagery into an independent audit or a guarantee.
